360 Recruitment consultant
In collaboration with your Manager, you will manage recruitment from A to Z, in complete autonomy:
- Hunting job offers and Sourcing candidates on different job boards and social networks
- Sorting and selecting the right CVs, pre-qualifying and interviewing candidates
- Present Candidates to clients
- Negotiating terms and conditions
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Profile: Preferably higher education and previous experience in recruitment, ideally in the professionals staffing industry.
