Business Analyst in Route Planning
(German/English)
Sub-cluster route planning in the delivery cluster supports an end-to-end route planning system that enables efficient and timely capacity planning and delivery. This means that customers are reliably networked every day. The teams are independently responsible for the smooth operation as well as for the implementation of further developments.
Tasks :

Analyze partner needs in a solution-oriented manner, be responsible for the smooth operation of applications and ensure the seamless integration of new software components.

Work with IT and business specialists and assess needs and problems.

Be responsible for the development of solutions that can be implemented in practice according to the target architecture.
Profile :

Degree from a university of applied sciences in computer science, business informatics and ideally IREB certification (CPRE) or additional training as a business analyst.

5 years of professional experience as a business analyst or other relevant role, with a good knowledge of all phases of a project in large organizations.

Experience with agile development and writing requirements in terms of level of detail, tailored to the respective project phase (HERMES), as well as experience with UX (or cooperation) and user story writing.

Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe etc.) and tools (Jira and Confluence) with ideally a background in software development.

Very good knowledge of German and a good level of English.
