Responsabilities:

  • Under the supervision of the ERP team leader, interact with business user to define business requirements and the related technical specifications
  • Based on the technical specifications, perform configurations or implementations on the ERP system and then handle the quality assurance activities
  • Own and develop relationship with internal and external partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our solution
  • Help design, document, and maintain business and system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, reporting, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

 

Objectives:

  • Gather functional and technical requirements to initiate, do the follow-up and successfully complete ERP and business application implementations projects.
  • Deploy and configure ERP solution for the affiliates.
  • Answer users' inquiries regarding ERP
  • Create and maintain IT documentation (process and procedures)
  • Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems on ERP solution
  • Perform continuous improvement for end users, and improve availability and performance regarding the company SLA and KPI’s
  • Get information about emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

 

Profile:

  • 10 years of IT experience, 5 of which with ERP solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering or equivalent (Computer Science preferred).
  • Very good expertise level with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance & Operation is mandatory
  • BABOK and MS Dynamic 365 certification
  • Expertise level with Microsoft technologies: Azure Devops, Power Platform, LCS, Power BI
  • Possess experience with the ERP lifecycle implementation (requirements gathering, design, configuration, deployment)
  • Technical leadership experience in developing and managing complex technical implementations.
  • Flexible, good team spirit, with a positive attitude, solution oriented, good understanding of business needs
  • Proactive, able to work and communicate in a team, under pressure, with good organizational and time management skills
  • Customer and business-oriented approach required to ensure the service provided is excellent and efficient
  • Excellent command of English and French
