Commercial activities :
Development of turnover and margins of the entrusted customer segment
Participation in the definition of commercial strategies for the sector entrusted
Active prospecting for new markets
Gathering the information necessary to qualify prospects and define their development potential
Maintenance, development and follow-up of existing customers (universities, laboratories, etc.)
Editing, monitoring and follow-up of qualified offers
Negotiation and conclusion of contracts and commercial conditions
Promotion of new products and services
Development of the use of the Web with clients
Coordination activities :
Follow-up and support of clients on short, medium and long term projects
Coordination of customer requests with relevant partners and internal departments
Monitoring of competition and market trends
Organisation of and participation in trade fairs
Reporting activities :
Collection of commercial information
Documentation of business activities
Regular updating and maintenance of the CRM
Management of the opportunity pipeline
Requirements
Higher scientific education in Chemistry or Life Sciences (HES, university or equivalent)
Training and/or experience in sales (a strong asset). Beginner with a strong interest in sales accepted.
Fluent French (mother tongue), written and oral knowledge of English (negotiation skills), German is a plus
Autonomy and rigour in the planning and management of activities
Good interpersonal skills, customer service skills, commercial proactivity
Convincing and attractive professional presentation
Ability to analyse, summarise, manage time and communicate
Knowledge of and ease with current IT tools
